When we started putting together the names of all the independent producers of gluten free products that can be purchased easily within the UK, we had no idea that it was going to be so extensive!
We are incredibly lucky that, in the UK, there are so many producers of gluten free bread, cereals, pasta and biscuits, for instance, that they now compete to see who has the best flavour or the least amount of fat, salt and added sugar.
